Please read the text below before you fill in the registration form.
Note that the registration is handled by the German partner (through IBBA Workshop).

Online participation (via Zoom) gives online access to the conference and access to the presentations and the electronic version of the conference proceedings after the conference. The link to connect will be sent as soon as the fee is paid.

The conference fee as shown in the table will be charged. Student verification has to be shown upon request. The poster presenter fee is only valid for accepted posters, see Posters for more information.

The conference fee includes
-full access to the presentations given in plenary and parallel sessions
-full access to the poster session
-full access to the exhibition
-Network Plus (scheduled B2B meetings), unless you decline it
-lunches and coffee/tea in the breaks, 20th and 21st of September 2021
-the conference dinner on the 20th of September
-a printed copy of the ISBN numbered conference proceedings
-a printed copy of the participant list

Network Plus (Deadline 31st of July)
When you register you sign up for Network Plus which is short (5-8 minutes) scheduled B2B meetings during one hour on the 20th of September unless you decline this voluntary add-on for matchmaking between the REGATEC participants. Please fill in what services you offer, what you look for, and your personal background. Keep it short! This information together with your name and affiliation will be circulated among all who has signed up for Network Plus. The list will be sent after the registration deadline and here you can choose 5-6 people you want to talk to. If you don’t choose enough people, the Network Plus team will set you up with people who match your profile and what you look for (a sort of blind dating).

Visa invitation letter
Upon request an invitation letter may be issued to accompany your visa application to attend the conference. The invitation letter will be sent after the participant has been registered and the registration fee has been received. This is not a commitment to provide any kind of financial support.

Personal data processing
The requested personal data will be used to compile the participant list distributed to the conference delegates. No data will be disclosed to anyone outside the conference.

Cancellation conditions
The conference fee minus administrative costs (8.62%) are refunded if the cancellation is notified to before 31st of July 2021. After 31st of July 2021 we regret that no refund is possible. In case the conference is cancelled 80% of the conference fee will be refunded.

Room reservation
All delegates, including the speakers giving oral presentations, are responsible for booking their own accomodation. For more information about hotels go to venue in the menu.
