Registration information
Registration deadline – 15th of April 2016
The conference fee as shown in the table will be charged. Student verification has to be shown upon request. The poster presenter fee is only valid for accepted posters, see Posters for more information.

   Participant Conference fee
   Regular 580 € + 25% VAT
   PhD- and MSc-student 380 € + 25% VAT
   Poster presenter (accepted) 290 € + 25% VAT

The conference fee includes
-full access to the presentations given in plenary and parallel sessions
-full access to the poster session
-full access to the exhibition
-lunches and coffee/tea in the breaks, 10th and 11th of May
-the conference gala dinner on the 10th of May
-a printed copy of the conference proceedings
-a printed copy of the participant list

Visa invitation letter
Upon request an invitation letter may be issued to accompany your visa application to attend the conference. The invitation letter will be sent after the participant has been registered and the registration fee has been received. This is not a commitment to provide any kind of financial support.

Personal data processing
The requested personal data will be used to compile the participant list distributed to the conference delegates. No data will be disclosed to anyone outside the conference.

Cancellation conditions
The conference fee minus adminstrative costs are refunded if the cancellation is notified to before 31st of March 2016. After 31st of March 2016 we regret that no refund is possible. In case the conference is cancelled 80% of the conference fee will be refunded.

Room reservation
All delegates, except the speakers giving oral presentations, are responsible for booking their own accomodation. For more information about hotels go to venue in the menu.
