THE REGATEC 2024 REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

Note! Only for regular delegates, students and poster presenters. Sponsors and exhibitors will register through a dedicated link sent by e-mail.

The conference fees, as shown in the table below, will be charged. Student verification (PhD- or MSc-student) has to be shown upon request. The poster presenter fee is only valid for accepted posters, see Posters for more information. Click on the corresponding payment link in the table below to register and open the online payment system.

Note! For physical participation you are expected to fill in if you need any special food (vegetarian, lactose intolerant etc.) and if you want to participate in Network Plus (scroll down for more details). If you write no, you don’t have to fill in what you offer, look for, and personal background. You fill in this information, in the text box under the amount to pay, on the page that appears (see picture below) after you click on the respective payment link to pay with Visa or MasterCard.

Network Plus (Deadline 31st of March 2024)
When you register you have the option to sign up for Network Plus which is short (5-8 minutes) scheduled B2B meetings during one hour on the 15th of May as a voluntary add-on for matchmaking between the REGATEC participants. Please fill in what services you offer, what you look for, and your personal background. Keep it short! This information together with your name and affiliation will be circulated among all who has signed up for Network Plus. The list will be sent after the registration deadline and here you can choose 5-6 people you want to talk to. If you don’t choose enough people, the Network Plus team will set you up with people who match your profile and what you look for (a sort of blind dating).

Visa invitation letter
Upon request, an invitation letter may be issued to accompany your visa application to attend the conference. The invitation letter will be sent after the participant has been registered and the registration fee has been received. This is not a commitment to provide any kind of financial support.

Personal data processing
The requested personal data will be used to compile the participant list distributed to the conference delegates. No data will be disclosed to anyone outside the conference.

Cancellation conditions
The conference fee minus administrative costs (8.62%) are refunded if the cancellation is notified to info@regatec.org before 31st of March 2024. After 31st of March 2024 we regret that no refund is possible. In case the conference is cancelled, 80% of the conference fee will be refunded.

Room reservation
All delegates, including the speakers giving oral presentations, are responsible for booking their own accommodation. For more information about hotels go to venue in the menu.
