Eurogas is an association representing the European gas wholesale, retail and distribution sectors. Founded in 1990, Eurogas has 43 companies and associations from 22 countries as members.
The association aims to strengthen the role of gas in the energy mix by establishing an ongoing dialogue with European industry players, global producers of gas and relevant institutions such as the European Commission.
REGATEC 2017 is organized in collaboration with CIB who has produced an excellent video showing the benefits of anaerobic digestion.
CIB will present the biomethane development in Italy at REGATEC 2017 as well as take part as an exhibitor.
Italian National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Development, ENEA, has granted REGATEC 2017 patronage because of the relevance of the issue addressed.
REGATEC 2017 relvoves around renewable methane of a quality suitable as vehicle fuel or for grid injection. We are pleased that ENEA has chosen to support REGATEC 2017 especially since Italy is the leading NGV country in Europe, with a well developed biogas sector and strong ambitions to increase the share of biomethane in the transportation sector.

REGATEC has teamed up with Consorzio Italiano Biogas e Gassificazione (CIB) for the 4th edition of International Conference on Renewable Energy Gas Technology, REGATEC 2017. The conference will take place in May 2017 in Northern Italy. Stay tuned for more information shortly.
