Wärtsilä Gas Solutions is the supplier of the Puregas biogas upgrading process based on chemical adsorption (amine scrubbing). The process recovers 99.9% of the available methane contained in the raw biogas, making it suitable for injection into the natural gas grid or liquefaction using the mini scale Mixed Refrigerant (MR) liquefaction process for low capacities or the Brayton process for higher capacities.
